These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the My ADHD Therapy website. By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.
My ADHD Therapy is operated by Jeremy Finkelstein, RP. CRPO Registration No. 007890.
The Practice provides in-person psychotherapy in Toronto and virtual psychotherapy to clients located in Ontario, subject to professional requirements and clinical suitability.
The website provides general information about ADHD, psychotherapy and the services offered by My ADHD Therapy. Its content is not individualized assessment, diagnosis, treatment or professional advice.
Using the website, submitting an inquiry or accessing its resources does not create a therapist-client relationship. A therapeutic relationship begins only when services are accepted and the required consent process has been completed.
Psychotherapy services are governed by separate informed-consent, privacy and Practice policies provided to clients.
Session details, fees, payment requirements and cancellation terms will be disclosed during booking or intake. If these Terms conflict with a signed client agreement, the client agreement will govern the psychotherapy services.
The Practice cannot guarantee any particular therapeutic result.
My ADHD Therapy does not provide emergency or crisis services. The website, email and contact forms are not monitored continuously.

Online booking, forms, payments and virtual appointments may be provided through Jane. Your use of Jane is also subject to Jane’s Terms of Use and Privacy Notice.
The website may contain links to third-party websites. My ADHD Therapy does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices.
You may not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious software or use its content for an unlawful purpose.
Unless otherwise stated, the website’s text, graphics, branding and original materials belong to My ADHD Therapy and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.
To the extent permitted by law, My ADHD Therapy is not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on general website information, temporary unavailability or third-party websites.
