Our Commitment

My ADHD Therapy is committed to providing accessible and inclusive services in a manner that respects the dignity, independence and individual needs of people with disabilities.

We work to identify and remove accessibility barriers in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (“AODA”), the Ontario Human Rights Code and other applicable requirements.

Website Accessibility

Our goal is to make this website understandable, navigable and usable with common assistive technologies. We aim to follow recognized accessibility practices, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (“WCAG”), where reasonably possible. Accessibility is an ongoing process.

Accessible Services and Information

Upon request, we will work with you to provide information in an accessible format or offer appropriate communication support. We will consult with you to determine a suitable option and provide it in a reasonable time.

If you require an accommodation to access psychotherapy services, please contact us before your appointment so we can discuss your needs.

Third-Party Services

Booking, forms, payments and virtual appointments may be provided through Jane. Although My ADHD Therapy does not control the accessibility of third-party platforms, we will make reasonable efforts to assist or identify an alternative where possible.
